Extend calibrate minion status #74 with always-on/always-off status.
Means to lock the minion status even if the status will changed by any interface (even physically)

  • Disable status changes
  • On status change message from the physical device change the status back
  • Disable status changes in the dashboards

- Add the locks logic to the calibration bl.
- Subscribe to minions status changes to check lock violations.
- In 'set minion status' request check locks violation (error 7405).
- Change the calibration request API.
- Extend the 'MinionCalibrate' interface, and use it for minion 'calibration' property.
