remove "identifier" column from in_memory_reporting_func

A ValueError is being thrown from here when a classifier also named "identifier" happens to be present, due to duplicated column names.

Proposing to remove the current "identifier" column added by this method and store the equivalent information in an unnamed index in the next round of updates, however this is a breaking change.
