Suggestion: Better Dataset sharing

I would suggest to use a decentralized file sharing system for data-sets. It way more robust method for usage at scale.

IPFS is pretty good for this job, you just add files (like you put in hard drive) and share the generated links. Other people can access over regular HTTP or IPFS directly.
QRI (also based on IPFS) is specialized tool for sharing data-sets, definitely check this out
