Repro Steps:

1. Launch the app.
2. Tap on the Cog icon.
3. Tap on Language Setting icon.
4. Select “America Latina” language.
5. Navigate back to Celo Setting screen.
6. Observed.

Investigation:

1. Extra ~~ sign is shown before the "Verify Phone Number" option.
2. Extra ~~ sign is not shown before "verify phone number" text when the English language is selected.
   Current Behavior: “~~Verify Phone Number” and “Celo Lite” text is not shown translated
   Expected Behavior: “Verify Phone Number” and “Celo Lite” text should be shown translated

@jeanregisser Verified with iOS test flight build v1.5.2 (17) and found that "Data Saver" text is not shown translated when a user has selected the “America Latina” language.

@jmrossy Verified with Android v1.5.2 (101548777) integration build and found that "Data Saver" text is not shown translated when a user has selected the “America Latina” language.

Verified with Android play store build 1.8.2 and found that issue is fixed as Verify Phone neumber and Data Saver text is shown translated in America latinna language.

Note: Celo Lite option is changed to data saver.
