DDI 3.3 validation issue

Hi,

I did a validation check using CESSDA Metadata Validator on the attached DDI 3.3 document having the following parameters set:

• Profile: CESSDA DATA CATALOGUE (CDC) DDI 3.3 PROFILE: 2.0.1
• Validation gate: BASIC

And got incorrect and irrelevant report:

152,29,'./@xml:lang' is mandatory in /ddi:DDIInstance/s:StudyUnit/r:AnalysisUnitsCovered
"",,'/ddi:DDIInstance/s:StudyUnit/d:DataCollection/d:CollectionEvent/d:DataCollectionDate/r:StartDate' is mandatory

Thank you for reporting the bugs @alireza1111 .

xml:lang should be for //s:StudyUnit/r:AnalysisUnitsCovered/r:String
There is already an issue for mandatory StartDate (#218)
