Some links seems to be broken on the CONTRIBUTING.md, the wiki folder doesn't exists anymore. If you want me to fix it just gently asign to me.

@keithamus. You know what happened with the wiki folder of the project? I'm not finding any instance of coding style guidelines. Maybe we should remove the reference if it doesn't exists anymore.
