ClassifyBySide change breaks integration with ThreeJS, release 86 at minimum #52

This change is breaking for ThreeJS release 86 and possibly earlier. Would it be possible to create a release for the plugin before this ClassifyBySide update and then a new major version after?

Recent development on ThreeCSG has been on the https://github.com/chandlerprall/ThreeCSG/tree/v1 branch and works with the latest three.js; that branch needs one more pass on the dividing plane selection, but then will be released on npm. Until the npm release, that branch has a file three-csg.js which can be included in a project.
