I'm looking to request some feedback on introducing InnerSource metrics. I have a panel built up and would like to see if this data is useful to others. In the projects.json file, I can allow to assign one or more teams to a project via an "orgs: []" section and if git commit author's identity is NOT associated to one of those teams at the time of the contribution, then the contribution is added as "InnerSourced". Otherwise, it's added as their org name.

Hi @aaronnickovich , thanks a lot for your comment and sorry for the late reply.
Is the purpose of this chart to show collaboration of third party teams in the existing ones?
If so, how would you proceed if you want to see TEAM_1 or TEAM_3 contributions to another teams?
The issue I see here is that the projects.json file is set only once at the beginning of the platform configuration. Thus if this is set in this way, you may face some issues if you want to apply an alternative team distribution in the future.
