As requested as a future goal in PR #20, this PR merges the CLI documentation from
probe_src/probe_frontend/README.mdandREADME.md, while leaving the low-level ABI details in the probe_frontend README. It also updates some of the checkboxes inprobe_src/tasks.mdfor changes that PR #20 mainlined.Note, the build docs given here won't work until PR #36 is merged, so this PR should probably not be merged before that one.
