  • Changed the dataflow graph to represent version using mtime and inode of the file

I think this fixes the incorrect version issues. I used sec for the mtime. Should we change it to nsec?

Can you post the contents of pipe.sh in the repository in probe_src/tests? Should some of the output file nodes be inputs to future processes?

yes, some of the output files nodes are input to the next process.
