PROBE can copy files needed to reproduce a particular process. These files are how we produce a container image. Previously the copy-files option was lazy; it would only copy files if they were modified-after-read (blocking the modify in order to copy). Now, it can be eager too (all read or modify-in-place operations block on a file copy).
