polyfill.js は WebGPIO/I2C の為のライブラリに過ぎず、ユーザが Low Level API を直接触る環境となっているのは初心者には難しいので、簡単に GPIO/I2C を操作する為のユーザ向けライブラリ chirimen.js を作りたい

エラーハンドリングとかもライブラリ内でしっかり書いてエラーメッセージも分かりやすいものを作りたい。
