It depends on what you want.

  1. If you mean a fully and strictly "Material You" theme:

    No, give it up, never think of it again! There are lots of historical problems -- the entire theme system of Phonograph has deeply rooted into the earth of "Material Design" or "Material Design 2". It is almost impossible to migrate all to Material You. Or the effect and time spend on a fully migration, is unaccountable and impossible for me alone, and these effect and time is large enough to write an another new app. So, in conclusion: NO, impossible!



  1. If you mean that just change the colours automatically with System Material You Theme:

    I say, Yes, quite easy, it is done already minutes ago: a38665d (ci artifact for test).

Oh, yes. I was just referring to the colors :)
Don't really care about the UI components or rhe design system.
