Livestreamer not opening VLC

Hi there, When I try to open a batch file with the START livestreamer.exe twitch URL command, VLC doesn't open.. It's always worked previously, just up until now.. Don't watch livestream's that often. How would I fix this?

Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling livestreamer.. Nothing..
