Am unable to load static namespace class. Including the settings class in sprint

Haven't seen this before. Sounds like a Composer issue. Ensure you have Composer installed and then run composer.php dump-autoload to have it rebuild it's index and see if that fixes it.

i did that, it's same thing. when i changed the entire class to object, it works
