- Install Python
Download and install the latest version of Python from the official website: https://www.python.org/downloads/. During installation, make sure to check the option that says "Add Python to PATH" to run Python from the command line.
- Install Visual Studio Code (VSCode)
Download and install VSCode from the official website: https://code.visualstudio.com/. After installation, launch VSCode.
- Install Python Extension for VSCode
Open VSCode, go to the Extensions view (Ctrl+Shift+X
), search for "Python," and install the official "Python" extension by Microsoft.
- Open Your Code
In VSCode, go to "File" > "Open Folder" and navigate to the directory where your code is located. Click "Open."
Update pip to the latest version:
python -m pip install -U pip
Install the required Python libraries:
python -m pip install pandas matplotlib pathlib scipy seaborn
