Duplicated characters in new line when using Chinese language input

1. redirect to the url ckeditor 5 custom-element-conversion demo
2. delete everything
3. input chinese character '？' with microsoft chinese input method

✔️ Expected result

only one '？' came out

❌ Actual result

'？？' came out， more than one '？' expected

Hi, thanks for the report. I can confirm this issue, however the double ? is inserted only in new line. When there is some text before it, it seems to work fine:

• tested on Windows 10
• browsers: Chrome, Edge

There will be a huge change in the editor engine because we plan to continue our work on beforeInput migration. Hopefully, after it's done, a major part of IME issues will be fixed. You can track the progress here - #7462.
