用n切换node版本失败的问题(权限问题) #167

问题描述：用n管理node版本，然后切换版本，从10.12.0切换回8.12.0，但是切换之后再查看node -v还是10.12.0，版本没有切换成功

问题解决：是权限的问题，每次切换node版本前先sudo n
