Activate Drupal REST Webservice and use JSON API and Cookie authentication in REST Clients. @patrickkaleta ask Denis about that.

POST to REST API failed with error message "X-CSRF-Token request header is missing"

So probably we have to fetch the token from /rest/session/token and set the X-CSRF-Token header as suggested here
