jni fft wrapper dll does not contain cleanup

I think one windows dll still hasn't been updated:

This causes an error when the wrapper cleanup method is called. If you can find the time to update the dll, that'd be cool. I can also try to do it if you prefer.

Yeah. I was working on the Python side when I updated so forgot about the jni part... I can update it this week (probably after new years) but if you happen to have already compiled it feel free to push the .dll.
