Create an editor deployment script

Our current demo is an already configured deployment of https://github.com/payloadcms/payload/tree/main/templates/website specifically for an existing site. Our future state will either be: a single multi-tenant application or base application which can be customized per deployment. To start, we'll use the latter model while testing and making the decision on future architecture.

• Investigate which portions of the current demo are site specific and abstract
• Create a base template in this repo
• Create a deployer script which injects necessary configuration and deploys an application
  • Custom Post model
  • Database migrations (if necessary)
