Long polling support.

Current status for update data in webui, is create short polling to gohan, its but idea because lot of request that are processed as they come on server. Creates a lot of traffic (uses resources, but frees them as soon as response is send back).

Solution for this problem is create (long polling) possibility to send request to server and register listener to resource for any event.
