Additional Geometries priority issue

When adding applicators from the Additional Geometries tab (eye plaque, WG-MBDCA etc.), whatever Additional Geometry is included is added to the preexisting source(s) and phantom geometry, potentially taking priority over source(s) causing source initialization errors.

Potential fix: ensure that source(s) always have higher priority than any other geometries.
