HTML API documentation no longer accessible (403) #22

The link for the API documentation in HTML no longer works; http://kyoto.let.vu.nl/~izquierdo/documentation/KafNafParserPy/api .

The PDF one still does though.

On a related note, the current PDF version is from 2015, I can imagine some things have changed since then and that the API documentation needs to be regenerated...
