Current tag name for express is AlCaRecoHLTpaths8e29_1e31_v11_hlt which can be somehow confusing with hlt tag, AlCaRecoHLTpaths8e29_1e31_v7_hlt.
It was proposed during the meeting to change the name, preferably to be done during downtime.
