Description of the bug

The terminals to open the shutters near the wrecked APC are broken and cannot be interacted with

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Normally the terminals could be used to open the shutters but they have bugged sprites now.

How do we reproduce this bug?

Boot up CC
Go to the reactor shutters
See broken terminals
