User telemetry

Desire to enhance user telemetry so we can better understand how players spend their time in GB and which external links they follow. Requires scope to determine which telemetry we prioritize.

Related to #197 ? This could be site-wide monitoring that we could add in as part of this telemetry.

Prioritize: Clicking on external links -- "This user clicked this external link at this time"

After we get a PoC of the above, I think the next in line could be: Viewing challenge docs -- "This user clicked on this challenge at this time" - we already track "user started playing this challenge at this time" in the Challenges table, but it might be good to know if users are clicking on challenges then deploying or not.

We could also add "User accessed this VM" to the things we track. We know this information live, but we currently don't store it.
