schema version missing from examples #795

Attempting to install a bundle built from examples/helloworld results in:

Error: invalid bundle schema version "": Invalid Semantic Version

Similarly, bin/duffle install --driver azvm hello-azure -f examples/helloazure/bundle.json produces the same error message.
