TOC keynote - tech trends, new technologies coming in, specific projects, what the TAGs are seeing from projects and innovation happening in those groups. Where to find information when you need it, we have a lot of resources. We have a lot of new attendees so imparting what the levels means (not the process but something like sandbox is early, incubation some due diligence and where to find the DD). Thorough technical review reliance by adopters. What it means to be a CNCF Project. potentially leverage one or two projects to talk through.

😄 Biased projects hat on:

It'd be nice to see contributor growth and sustainability weaved into it. Perhaps as a bookend when discussing the process parts. Over half the audience are brand new, the minutea of the details of each step isn't as impactful as the who and the why.

Then drop in some facts on the reasons why organizations are involved. Bob has all sorts of stats on the economic benefits of the orgs that are involved directly in the projects. That way we're targeting potential new contributors, but also reminding organizations that there are benefits by participating directly.

It doesn't need to be a long preachy thing, just a gentle reminder to the audience that that the dynamic between contributors, end users, and all the organizations involved working together in order to keep the ecosystem healthy.
