Easy P value calculations for common tests. #179

The bootstrap replicates allow us to calculate p-values. Some common tests include:

proportion of replicates with accuracy better than a baseline
proportion of replicates with positive/negative homogeneous effects
proportion of replicates with positive/negative heterogeneous effects

It would be great to have convenience functions for these common analysis patterns.
