Make Github Zenith more transpent.

We are all fan of the transparency of judging / operation in C4 because it helps a lot of warden and clients.

Currently there is lack of Transpency for Code4rena Zenith.

There is no documentation about how to become a zenith researcher or which criteria used to select zenith researcher.

Hey there. TLDR, its demand-driven.

You can become a Zenith researcher if we decide to invite you to be part of it.

There are no criteria for now besides winning/doing well in multiple contests and/or proving your skill in the public.

We are selecting Zenith researchers for engagement based on the needs of the customer and the capacity of existing teams of auditors.

Once the needs increase, we will start booking more people, and creating more teams (as in Zenith teams).
