Your opinions are valuable in helping us create a better user experience. We have a new design for the components dashboard, and we'd like to hear your thoughts.
What are we addressing with this design?
In January 2023, Codecov released the components feature to allow developers to categorize coverage data from their project or team, enabling them to focus on the parts of their codebase that matter most. However, after configuring components, the team lead faced two challenges: 1) no way to analyze components at the repo level and 2) no way to track component coverage over time. Therefore, we are designing this dashboard to display component coverage over time metrics in the app so that team leads can better understand whether the coverage of their components is increasing or decreasing over time in their repos.
We are seeking your feedback or any suggestions you believe would enhance the user experience for the components feature.
