'Psychiatric Emergency' keyword in example data doesn't appear in search #240

Different keywords added to other locations updated immediately so I don't know what's different about this one.

Nevermind, seems like it was just delayed on this one. @monfresh What's the delay for updates to apply? I updated a bunch and they applied immediately, but this one took a bit.

The API tells clients to use their cache for an amount specified by the EXPIRES_IN env var, which was set to 5 minutes, but I just updated it to 1 minute. Because you performed a search for the keyword first, then made the change, ohana web search wasn't going to ping the API until 5 minutes elapsed since you first made the query.
