Can codeforamerica/ohana-web-search#121 be closed when this issue is closed, or are they mutually exclusive?

Yes, it can be closed now even, since it's not the client's job to fix the URLs.

Closing this now that updates to the data are being made in production via our custom admin interface. We are no longer importing data from the CIP.
