Load these datasets onto the mapbox map and then use query function like queryRenderedFeatures() to get the relevant people from each for the point clicked on the map

• Add Councilor or Neighborhoods boundaries (as Boston defines them) for City Councilors (FIRST) then other ones (Neighborhood Liaisons, etc) in case they have different boundaries.
