Show kata progress also in "kata" tab of user page

The check mark for solved kata per language is missing in the user profile page in the "kata" tab. While in your own profile you could argue that there is "Completed Languages" but when on other user's profile this contains their solved languages but you want to see if you also have solved that kata.

This is basically a duplicate of #2315 which was closed in favour of the more general #752 and with the introduction of the language progress marker in May 2022 this is now the only missing place of this feature.
