Forever "Setting up.."

Incase someone is having this issue:

1. Go to your datamodel -> seo_setting -> enable the field "key" to show.
2. Go to the content -> seo setting -> create a new item with the key "setup"
   And it should work

After adding key setup i got to the next step with languages but here i have the same issue where it keeps "setting up" forever

@kristofferous I guess @codihaus abandoned the project, you might want to implement your own SEO manually.
