Add method for programmatically displaying options for pipelines, extractors, and models.

Proposal: Add a function which simply prints to the console select components in experiment/available.py and related, then call this function via a new entry point (e.g., options).

Without something like this, to survey my options I'd need to either (a) peruse the actual code, or (b) maintain some horrible README section.
