The problem seems to occur when profiling cookies are all accepted and we click on the X to close the banner. When we reopen, all profiling cookies are as non-accepted.

This occurs because the X button seems to have a default behavior to "accept only technical cookies and close", but it is not described (visible) at any point. A user who clicked on that button doesn't aspect that behavior.
