wpdatatables is currently used. It's not bad, but it could be much better. It loads a ton of resources, isn't terribly flexible, and its load timing seems to cause issues with the Add links.

Very early alpha now available at https://beta.filterlists.com. Going to go ahead and close since this is larger than one issue and will be progressively enhanced.
