Today, on initialization for TTS, we will check if navigator.mediaDevices is falsy/undefined. If it is, we will return a {} and print warnings.

We should do the same for STT.

navigator.mediaDevices is falsy/undefined when:

  • Running on IE11, or
  • On an insecure page and it is not localhost
