Hey, the endpoint is working fine. Albeit a little bit slow, might be an issue with Anilist's API.
You've given no context so I am purely guessing here, but wherever you have deployed your consumet instance might have set a timeout on requests, and is reaching that timeout when accessing the /meta/anilist/info endpoint because it appears slower than usual. Try deploying your API somewhere else, or even self hosting it if possible. I've attached a screenshot below to show you that the endpoint is working.
