Add utility class to wrap Contentful::Asset #3

If a Contentful::Asset object is returned, it would be useful to easily extract e.g. the URL, and have methods for resizing. This is best done in a class which can be mapped to the returned objects.

btw @edtjones you can call .client.asset(id) on the model i just found out
