After version 0.0.84 is installed, clicking the configuration button cannot open the configuration file, resulting in unusable status.

I'm experiencing the same issue on Windows 10 on Rider 2024.3.3 I also get this errors on load :

Error handling message of type openFile: java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in opaque part at index 2: C:\Users\dacostam\.continue\config.json

and this error when I click on the cog :
Error handling message of type fileExists: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: URI has an authority component

When using the older version 0.0.75 the issue is gone and seems to have been introduce in 0.0.83
