Ctrl+left/right arrows moves to the beginning/end of line, insteda of moving one word left/right

Description

When editing the prompt in the Chat window, I expect Ctrl+left/right arrow to move one word to the left/right, like in all IDEs and editors, or like in the Edit (Ctrl+I) pop-up text input.

To reproduce

1. Ctrl+J
2. Type "foo bar"
3. Press Ctrl+Left/Right arrow
