- Continue version: Pre-release
- IDE version: Latest Vs code
- Model:
- config.json:

Description

I keep getting this all of a sudden, I updated Continue to the pre-release version, still having the issue. I got the error-
**HTTP 400 Bad Request from https://api.anthropic.com/v1/messages {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"Requests which include tool_useortool_result blocks must define tools."}}**

The entire browser log is attached here below

its to be noted that I used the extension for a long time, it works as usual without any issue, all of a sudden I m having this.

raised the same issue many days ago, its a BLOCKER for most models!
