Describe the bug
orders appear in chronological order of order placement, not chronological order of pick-up

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to restaurant interface on the app
  2. look at a restaurant that has pre-orders and instant orders
  3. See error

Expected behavior
orders appear in chronological pick-up order
