Some people need to be able to download the APK files, for example when using a Sunmi without Google Play.

We currently attach the APK to a workflow build as an artifact, but it's only kept for 90 days.
We should attach the APK to the release, this way it should be kept forever.

It should be possible using this GitHub Action
