Describe the bug
the “rush” mode remains active all the time on the restos

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to back-office restaurant on the lunchtime shift
See error 🫠

Expected behavior
I want coopcycle to disable rush modes every day at 11:59 p.m.
