feat(contours): add polySeg converters to contour targets #1075

Context

Add the converters for

Labelmap to Contour

Changes & Results

  • Setting the stage for Multiplanar reconstruction of the RTSTRUCT
  • Caching all the slices in a webworker
  • Handling holes properly

Left to do

  • Add holes properly as the contour segmentation to be able to fill inside the contours properly
  • Update clips based on detected change on camera

Can we call this MinMax or something like that? Also, can we re-use one of the existing types? Or, replace the existing ones with this one?

Would you like to learn about AABB min max? It's actually a well-known concept that is widely recognized.

It is the same as the bounding box, but different representation

Yeah I think it makes sense to call it bounding box, maybe we do that after the demo. @lscoder

Some minor comments, mostly for docs, but generally looks mergable after those are updated.
